Innovando la cocina peruana


Innovalatino 2011 describió a Astrid y Gastón como una de las compañías más destacadas en innovación de producto:

Astrid and Gastón, the restaurant’s owners, have become ambassadors for Peruvian cuisine. They transform 1,500 traditional recipes a year and reinvent them as haute cuisine. They promote indigenous agricultural products by using traditional and locally sourced ingredients, training street vendors to meet required health standards, and contributing to Peru’s youth with a Chef School.
